What are the safety operation precautions for busbar processing machines? The following is a detailed introduction.

Operate the machine in accordance with safety specifications. Relevant safety notes are listed below:

1. Pre-operation Precautions

(a) Avoid placing the machine in the following locations to prevent damage:

- Poorly ventilated or dusty areas

- Places prone to vibration, unstable placement, outdoor exposure, dampness or rain

(b) Power supply requirements

- Confirm the input voltage matches the rated voltage of the machine. Do not use inconsistent power supply.

- Ensure reliable grounding and correct connection of neutral wire (N wire) before power-on.

- Immediately stop operation and cut off power in case of smoke, abnormal noise or peculiar smell. Resume work only after faults are eliminated.

2. Operating Precautions

(a) The machine shall be operated by trained professional staff. Refer to the attached training disc for guidance.

(b) Check the workbench and chassis and remove sundries that may hinder operation before starting.

(c) Lubricate all moving parts before and during continuous operation.

(d) Use matched dies for busbars of different specifications to avoid die damage.

(e) Keep fingers and all body parts away from dies and moving components. Prevent clothes from being caught by running parts to avoid personal injury. Watch out for moving busbars during bending process to prevent scratch or pinch injuries.

(f) Cut off power supply before maintenance, inspection, die replacement and cleaning. Never work with electricity connected. Do not drop debris into the oil tank. Clean up all sundries after work.
