The busbar processing machine integrates four working stations: cutting, major bending, punching and minor bending. It processes copper and aluminum busbars of various specifications. Featuring efficient punching, cutting and other machining functions, the equipment is widely used in complete electrical equipment manufacturing. It applies to large electrical control and power transmission and distribution projects. Operators must abide by safety regulations during operation to ensure personal safety. Below are requirements for machine operators.
Operators shall stay focused and shall not hand over their work to others. Hand over production and equipment operating conditions clearly to the next shift. Unauthorized personnel are forbidden to start the machine. Always operate the machine in line with standard procedures. In case of malfunctions, keep the scene intact and truthfully report relevant conditions to maintenance staff for rapid fault analysis and troubleshooting.
Avoid wearing loose clothes and ornaments. Fasten cuffs and waistbands to prevent clothes from being caught by running parts. Wear safety helmets, goggles, safety shoes and gloves as required. Smoking and drunk operation are strictly prohibited. Define the working area considering the movement range of the machine and busbars. Irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter the area during operation.
New operators must receive strict safety training. Arrange well-trained and qualified responsible persons to manage machine operation. The person in charge shall keep keys of electric control cabinet and tool box, and inspect safety devices of each station regularly. Supervise the replacement and adjustment of punching, bending and cutting dies to guarantee machining precision and operational safety. Conduct pre-operation inspection to detect hidden dangers and eliminate risks timely.
Do not place sundries and tools on the workbench. Arrange special personnel to supervise production. Inspect equipment operation regularly to keep workpieces clean and the machine running smoothly.
