Brief Safety Operation Specifications for Busbar Processing Machine

1. Pre-start Preparation

Maintain a safe working space around the equipment.

Read the operation manual carefully and be fully familiar with machine structure, performance and operation methods.

Fill hydraulic oil into the tank before initial startup to avoid oil pump damage.

Do not wear scarves, overcoats or loose garments to prevent personal safety hazards.

Master standard operating procedures for emergency shutdown and danger evacuation.

Run the machine idle for 5 minutes if ambient temperature is below 5℃.

2. Operation Process

Die installation, commissioning, blade gap adjustment and dismantling shall be performed by skilled personnel following standard rules.

Never place hands or any body parts between upper and lower dies or blades during operation.

Keep sundries and tools off the workbench to avoid jamming into dies and causing accidents.

Assign a dedicated supervisor for coordinated work when multiple operators are on duty.

Adjust blade clearance, die gap and bending fillet radius according to the thickness of copper or aluminum busbars.

Stop the machine completely before die replacement.

Handle workpieces cautiously while waiting for the sliding block to descend.

Inspect sharpness of blades and dies regularly. Grind or replace blunt cutting edges timely.

Keep hydraulic oil clean and oil passages unobstructed. Lubricate moving parts of all working units every shift.

Ensure flexible movement and accurate positioning of electrical and hydraulic parts. Shut down the machine immediately for inspection once abnormalities appear.

3. Post-operation Shutdown (Follow the specified sequence strictly)

Turn off working buttons of all units.

Switch off the power button on the control panel.

Cut off the main circuit air switch.

4. Maintenance Notes

Regularly remove dust inside the electric cabinet by blowing or wiping. Check and tighten fastening screws and wiring terminals at all times to avoid poor contact, misoperation and equipment faults. Keep cables properly bent to prevent wire breakage.
