Notes on Adjusting the Precision of CNC Busbar Bending Machine

Release time:2026-05-22     Visits:11

Multiple factors shall be taken into account when adjusting the precision of CNC busbar bending machines to ensure efficient and safe commissioning. Relevant precautions are listed as follows:

Personnel Qualification and Preparation

Commissioning shall only be conducted by professionally trained technicians familiar with equipment structure and performance. Operators shall study operation manuals and commissioning guidelines to clarify procedures and methods. Wear protective helmets, goggles, gloves and other safety gear to prevent accidents.

Equipment Inspection

Conduct comprehensive inspection before commissioning. Check surface integrity, firm connection of components, normal operation of electric system, as well as qualified hydraulic oil level and quality. Verify correct and stable die installation without wear or damage. Fix existing faults first and start adjustment only when the machine runs normally.

Environmental Requirements

Carry out commissioning in proper surroundings. Avoid humid, high-temperature areas and places with severe vibration or electromagnetic interference. Keep the workplace tidy and reserve sufficient operating space. Stable surroundings help improve adjustment accuracy and equipment stability.

Parameter Setting

Adjust CNC system parameters strictly in line with manual requirements with moderate variation each time. Record parameter changes for quick reset when faults occur. Carefully modify critical parameters including position loop gain and backlash compensation to prevent abnormal operation and precision degradation.

Application of Measuring Tools

Adopt high-precision tools such as angle rulers, calipers and dial indicators to measure bending angles and dimensions. Calibrate measuring instruments regularly to guarantee valid data. Follow standard measuring methods to avoid misjudgment caused by measurement errors.

Gradual Commissioning and Observation

Proceed with adjustment step by step. Conduct trial bending after each parameter modification and inspect bending effect. Check whether angles and sizes meet standards and no surface damage occurs. Analyze faults and make targeted adjustments timely. Avoid multiple simultaneous changes so as to pinpoint problem causes efficiently.

Safe Operation

Never place hands or body parts into hazardous areas such as die closing zones and transmission parts. Press the emergency stop button and cut off power immediately once abnormalities appear. Do not restart the machine until all faults are fully eliminated.

Recording and Summary

Keep detailed records of operations, parameter modifications and measured data. Evaluate whether the final precision meets expectations after commissioning. Analyze unqualified results and formulate improvement solutions. All documents serve as important references for subsequent maintenance and precision tuning.
