Various faults may occur during long-term operation of CNC busbar processing machines. Common malfunctions and corresponding solutions are listed below.

CNC System Faults

Symptoms: No display on control panel, system crash, program running errors, etc.

Solutions: First check power supply and voltage stability. Repair or replace faulty power equipment if abnormal. Normal power indicates potential system software failure. Restart the CNC system. Contact professional technicians for system reinstallation or upgrade if the problem persists. Back up system data regularly to avoid data loss.

Hydraulic System Faults

Insufficient Pressure

Processing force becomes inadequate, failing to finish cutting and punching. Causes include worn hydraulic pumps, insufficient hydraulic oil and defective hydraulic valves.Check and replenish standard hydraulic oil. Replace severely worn pumps. Clean or replace blocked and damaged hydraulic valves timely.

Hydraulic Oil Leakage

Oil seeps from pipe joints and oil cylinders, usually caused by aging damaged seals and loose connectors.Replace faulty sealing parts and fasten pipe joints firmly.

Mechanical Transmission Faults

Worn Guide Rails and Lead Screws

Reduced motion precision leads to punching position deviation and inaccurate bending angles, mainly caused by insufficient lubrication.Apply grease regularly. Replace severely worn guide rails and lead screws.

Loose or Worn Transmission Chain

Abnormal noise and unstable operation will appear.Adjust chain tension regularly and replace heavily worn chains.
