Every machine has exclusive operating standards and precautions. Improper operation will easily cause malfunctions, so great attention shall be paid during the use of CNC busbar bending machines. The relevant operation notes are introduced as follows.
Hydraulic Oil Circuit
Check the oil level of the fuel tank every week, and recheck after hydraulic system maintenance. Top up hydraulic oil when the level is below the observation window. Clean the fuel tank thoroughly during each oil change. Keep the oil temperature ranging from 35℃ to 60℃.
Filter Elements
Replace or fully clean filters whenever changing hydraulic oil. Replace filters in case of system alarms or contaminated oil. Inspect and clean air filters on the fuel tank every three months, and replace them annually for optimal performance.
Hydraulic Components
Clean hydraulic parts monthly to avoid dirt intrusion; do not use chemical detergents. One month after initial operation, inspect bent sections of oil pipes and replace deformed pipes timely. Fasten all connecting joints two months after use. Conduct the above maintenance with the machine powered off and the system depressurized.
CNC busbar processing machines are widely applied in high and low voltage switch cabinet and transformer manufacturing industries for processing copper and aluminum busbars of various specifications. Punching, shearing and bending can be completed independently on corresponding working stations with high production efficiency. The daily maintenance requirements are listed below:
Apply lubricating oil to moving parts of punching, shearing and bending units once before each shift.
Lubricate the workbench and all working units before daily shutdown.
Coat punching dies with lubricant every 50 working cycles.
Coat shearing dies with lubricant every 50 working cycles.
Coat bending dies with lubricant every 50 working cycles.
Regularly check and fasten fixing bolts of each unit and bolts at the bottom of oil cylinders.
Examine the fuel tank every three months. Refill hydraulic oil once the liquid level drops to or below the red warning line.
Replace No.46 anti-wear hydraulic oil every six months or after 5,000 to 20,000 operating hours. Oil thickening and performance degradation will occur after long use. Oil replacement is required once it has been used for 5,000 hours or turns dark brown.
