The CNC busbar processing machine is a highly automated device. It realizes precise busbar processing through the coordinated operation of CNC system, mechanical structure, hydraulic or servo drive system and detection feedback system. Its specific working principle is as follows:
Instruction Issued by CNC System
Operators input detailed parameters including busbar material, specification and processing requirements on the operation panel. The parameters cover busbar length, thickness, width, as well as specific dimensions and angles of cutting, punching, bending and other processing procedures. The CNC system processes and calculates the input data, and converts them into accurate control commands that define the action sequence, movement direction, speed and processing position of each processing unit.
Action Execution by Drive System
Control commands are transmitted to the drive system, which is mainly divided into hydraulic drive and servo drive.
Hydraulic Drive System
Upon receiving commands, the hydraulic pump extracts and pressurizes hydraulic oil from the oil tank. High-pressure oil is delivered to each oil cylinder via pipelines. Piston linear motion driven by hydraulic pressure drives connected dies or cutters to finish cutting, punching, bending and other operations. Adjustment of oil flow and pressure precisely controls processing force and moving speed to fit busbars of diverse materials and specifications.
Servo Drive System
The servo motor accurately regulates rotating speed, direction and position according to system commands. Rotary motion is converted into linear motion through transmission components such as lead screws and belts, driving punches and cutters to perform processing. Featuring high-precision position and speed control, servo drive excels in high-precision punching and fine bending processes.
Support and Motion Guidance by Mechanical Structure
The frame offers stable support to guarantee equipment rigidity and operational stability, avoiding precision loss caused by vibration. The workbench holds workpieces and undertakes accurate positioning and conveying of busbars. Guide rails, lead screws and other transmission parts deliver precise motion guidance, ensuring straightness and processing accuracy of moving components.
Precision Guarantee by Detection Feedback System
Sensors installed on key parts monitor real-time position, speed and pressure data, and feed back information to the CNC system. The system compares feedback data with preset parameters and sends adjustment orders to correct deviations timely, keeping processing precision within standard ranges.
With the joint coordination of all components, the CNC busbar processing machine completes various busbar processing tasks accurately and efficiently as preset requirements.
