Release time:2026-05-22     Visits:13

1. Requirements for Operators

Safety education shall be mandatory for first-time operators of the equipment.

Qualified supervisors shall be appointed with the following responsibilities: (1) Keep keys of electric control cabinet and toolbox. (2) Inspect safety devices of the machine. (3) Supervise replacement and adjustment of punching, bending and shearing dies. (4) Take prompt measures upon abnormalities. Conduct pre-operation inspection to detect faults early. Take countermeasures or contact the manufacturer immediately once anomalies occur to prevent accidents.

2. Prohibition of Machine Modification

Modification of the machine and control circuits is forbidden, which may cause operational malfunctions.

Alteration of PLC hardware and software is prohibited to avoid equipment failure.

3. Pre-start Precautions

Only well-trained operators proficient in operation and maintenance are allowed to run the machine.

Work attire requirements: Loose clothes and ornaments are forbidden. Fasten cuffs and waistbands to prevent entanglement hazards. Wear safety helmets, goggles, safety boots and gloves as required.

Define safe working scope considering machine and busbar movement. Keep irrelevant personnel away. Use safety fences and material supports to prevent collision accidents caused by extended long busbars.

Complete comprehensive inspection before operation.

4. Precautions During Machine Operation

Ensure no personnel or obstacles on and around the workbench before startup.

Do not sit, lie or lean against the machine.

Confirm side panels and electric control cabinet are fully closed prior to operation.

Avoid frequent power switching within a short period.

5. Operational Notes

Return punching and shearing units to the top position before die replacement. Cut off the main power supply before replacing dies.

Seal six vertical bending die holes (Ø50) on the bending workbench with dedicated covers during flat bending to prevent hand injury.

6. Electric Shock Prevention

High voltage inside the electric control cabinet may cause fatal electric shock. Cut off the factory main power before cabinet maintenance.

Power off the equipment by switching the air circuit breaker to OFF once faults emerge, and contact Shandong Shanhe promptly.

7. Notes for Multi-person Operation

Assign only fully skilled and trained staff.

Implement call-and-response protocol to confirm working status mutually and avoid accidents.

8. High Temperature Warning

Hydraulic pipelines and cylinders reach high temperatures during operation. Do not touch them.
