Cutting accuracy is critical to the overall processing quality of three-station busbar processing machines. It can be guaranteed via mechanical structure, die quality, operational standards and routine maintenance.
Precise Mechanical Structure Design and Manufacturing
Stable Machine Frame
High-quality frames are welded with high-strength steel and treated by aging process to eliminate internal stress, delivering superior rigidity and stability. A solid frame minimizes displacement caused by vibration during cutting and effectively avoids cutting errors resulting from shaking when processing large-size busbars.
High-precision Guide Rails and Lead Screws
Moving parts of the cutting station are mounted on high-precision guide rails and lead screws. Straightness of guide rails and pitch accuracy of lead screws directly determine cutting precision. Guide rails ensure linear movement of the tool rest and reduce deviation. Accurate transmission of lead screws drives the tool rest to move to preset positions steadily for consistent cutting positioning.
Premium Cutting Dies
Superior Die Materials
Cutting dies are commonly made of high-hardness and wear-resistant alloy steel such as Cr12MoV. Featuring excellent toughness and wear resistance, the material keeps cutting edges sharp and maintains dimensional precision during long-term operation, lowering errors caused by die wear.
Sophisticated Die Manufacturing Technology
Die machining precision plays a decisive role in cutting performance. Advanced processing equipment like CNC machining centers ensures qualified dimensional tolerance and surface finish. The edge clearance shall be adjusted precisely according to busbar material and thickness. Proper clearance enables stable cutting and smooth notches, thus improving cutting accuracy.
Standard Operating Procedures
Accurate Busbar Positioning
Place and fix busbars firmly on the workbench with positioning devices before cutting. High-precision and stable positioning accessories prevent workpiece shifting. Adjustable positioning baffles can be fine-tuned based on busbar length and width to secure accurate positioning.
Standard Operation Process
Operators shall follow official operation manuals strictly. Verify parameters including cutting length and speed before starting cutting. Control operating force and speed properly to avoid man-made cutting errors.
Regular Maintenance
Die Maintenance
Inspect die wear regularly and grind or replace worn cutting edges timely while retaining original shape and dimensional accuracy. Clean and lubricate dies to reduce friction with workpieces, extending service life and stabilizing cutting precision.
Overall Equipment Maintenance
Lubricate and fasten mechanical components periodically to guarantee firm connection and flexible operation. Refill lubricant for guide rails and lead screws, and tighten loose bolts immediately. Inspect and maintain the electrical system regularly to ensure full functional stability.
High-precision Control System
CNC System Deployment
Advanced three-station busbar processing machines are equipped with CNC systems. Operators can set cutting length and cutting times accurately. The system controls tool rest movement strictly as preset parameters to achieve high-precision cutting. It also supports error compensation to offset deviations caused by mechanical wear.
Sensor Monitoring
Sensors installed at the cutting station monitor the position and running status of the tool rest in real time. Collected data is transmitted back to the control system for dynamic motion adjustment. Once position deviation occurs, the system will revise the moving path automatically to maintain reliable cutting accuracy.
