Generally speaking, its operation process is not overly complicated. However, operators shall receive professional training and follow operating specifications strictly. The standard operating procedures are as follows:
Pre-operation Preparation
Operators must be familiar with the structure, performance and operation methods of the machine. Wear protective gear including safety helmet, goggles and gloves. Inspect the machine for surface damage and firm component connection. Check normal power supply and electric system, qualified hydraulic oil level and oil quality, as well as correct and stable die installation. Keep the workplace clean and free of obstructive sundries.
Machine Start-up
Switch on the main power supply. Check the display screen and indicator lights to confirm standby status. Start the hydraulic pump motor and let the hydraulic system run for a while for full oil circulation. Check the system for oil leakage.
Cutting Operation
Adjust the blade clearance of cutting dies according to busbar specifications and processing requirements. Place the busbar on the cutting table and align the cutting line with the blade. Press control buttons or foot switches to drive the cutting cylinder and finish cutting. Release the button and reset the blade after completion.
Punching Operation
Select and install proper punching dies based on required hole diameter and shape. Position the busbar and align the punch head with the marking spot. Activate the punching cylinder via control devices. The punch descends to form holes as required and returns to original position afterward.
In-process Inspection
Check processing quality constantly, including flat cutting surface, regular holes and accurate bending angle. Adjust dies and parameters promptly if unqualified products appear. Monitor machine running status. Stop operation immediately and conduct inspection once abnormal noise, vibration or overheating occurs.
Operation Completion
Shut down the hydraulic pump motor first, then cut off the main power. Clean up debris and metal scraps. Perform daily maintenance such as lubrication and die wear inspection. Store dies and tools properly for future use.
Though the operation flow is simple, the machine involves mechanical and hydraulic systems with potential safety hazards. Operators must abide by rules to guarantee personal safety and processing quality.
