The busbar processing machine is mainly used for various operations on copper and aluminum busbars, including shearing, punching round holes and slotted holes, flat bending, vertical bending, embossing, flattening, twisting and cable terminal crimping. It consists of machine frame, punching unit, shearing unit, bending unit, hydraulic station, electrical system and dies. The frame is welded with square steel pipes and features high strength and rigidity. Punching, shearing, bending assemblies and electric components are mounted on the frame, while the hydraulic station is arranged inside the frame. The following illustrates its working process and principle.
Working Process
Motor (drives oil pump) → Oil pump (generates high hydraulic pressure) → Solenoid relief valve (controls primary pressure) → Remote pressure regulating valve (adjusts secondary pressure) → Solenoid directional valve (delivers pressure oil to each cylinder) → Hydraulic cylinder (executes punching, shearing and bending operations)
Working Principle
The motor transmits power to the oil pump to generate high-pressure hydraulic oil. The oil flows to the solenoid relief valve via check valve and returns to the oil tank when the valve opens. Once the solenoid relief valve closes, primary pressure forms. The remote pressure regulating valve partially reduces oil pressure, then the oil flows into the solenoid valve. The valve controls oil flow direction to drive hydraulic cylinders to move up, down, forward or backward.
This machine has developed into complete product series with rational design, sophisticated craftsmanship and reliable quality, helping users cut operational costs effectively. Its main structural features are as follows:
The shearing unit adopts universal double-blade structure, delivering smooth and burr-free cutting surfaces.
Horizontal processing design of the bending unit ensures safer and more convenient operation.
Three working stations can operate simultaneously without mutual interference, greatly boosting production efficiency.
The stroke of each processing unit is adjustable conveniently, shortening auxiliary time and improving productivity.
The hydraulic oil tank is welded with thick steel plates and undergoes phosphating treatment, preventing hydraulic oil deterioration during long-term service.
The punching unit adopts an integrated turret with six die positions, ensuring precise alignment of upper and lower dies and extending die service life. Die replacement is unnecessary, bringing higher operating efficiency than conventional punching equipment.
The bending unit adopts enclosed integral frame structure, realizing even force distribution during flat bending and embossing. It improves repeated positioning accuracy in mass production and prolongs equipment service life.
