1. Pre-operation Preparation
- Pre-lubrication before startup: Lubricate the machine before operation to prevent damage to the oil pump.
- Read the manual: Carefully read the user manual to understand the structure, performance and operation method of the machine.
2. Personal Protection & Operation Specifications
- Personal protection: Wear proper protective equipment; do not wear scarves or loose clothing that may get caught.
- Fault handling: Stop the machine quickly and move to safety in case of any failure.
- Machine preheating: Preheat the machine by idling for several minutes when the ambient temperature is below 0℃.
3. Die Operation & Safety
- Professional operation: Die installation, adjustment and disassembly must be carried out by trained and qualified personnel.
- No body parts in danger zone: Never place any part of the body between the upper and lower dies during operation.
- Keep workbench tidy: Do not place debris or tools on the workbench to avoid jamming the die or cutting edge.
4. Multi-person Operation & Command
- Designated commander: Assign a dedicated commander to ensure coordination for multi-person operation.
- Select proper tools: Choose suitable shear blades, die clearance and bending radius according to the thickness of copper or aluminum bars.
5. Die Replacement & Inspection
- Stop machine for die change: Always stop the machine before replacing dies to prevent accidental movement.
- Avoid touching workpiece: Do not touch the workpiece while the slider is moving downward.
- Regular inspection: Regularly check the sharpness of blades and dies; repair or replace seriously worn parts in time.
6. Equipment Maintenance
- Keep clean: Maintain a clean hydraulic system and lubricate all moving parts.
- Check electrical components: Ensure electrical parts act flexibly and accurately; stop the machine immediately if any abnormality occurs.
7. Shutdown Procedure
1. Turn off all unit operation buttons.
2. Turn off the power switch on the control panel.
3. Disconnect the main circuit air switch.
4. Finally, cut off the workshop power supply.
