Inspection Items Before Using CNC Busbar Processing Machine

Release time:2026-05-22     Visits:15

Compared with traditional models, CNC busbar processing machines possess remarkable advantages and are widely applied in mechanical processing. This equipment integrates mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and microelectronic technologies, making fault diagnosis and maintenance rather difficult. Operators shall conduct pre-use inspections actively to lower failure risks and improve equipment utilization rate. The key inspection items are listed as follows.

First, place the machine in a relatively dust-free place with stable temperature and humidity in accordance with installation requirements. Try best to meet such environmental standards. Relevant checks are still required after installation and before formal operation.

Pre-operation inspection effectively reduces unexpected malfunctions and avoids production disruption.

Before powering on, examine the machine appearance, electrical wiring and external auxiliary facilities for abnormalities. For hydraulic stations, check sufficient hydraulic oil volume. For pneumatic systems, drain water from air compressors and pressure vessels regularly. Excessive moisture may flow into the machine along with airflow, causing component corrosion and damage.

Follow the standard power-on sequence: main power supply, CNC system power, servo system power, then release the emergency stop button. This method lessens impact on electrical components and extends service life.

After power-up, lubrication guarantees stable operation, lowers friction and prolongs component lifespan. Inspect lubricant reserve and replenish oil timely when insufficient. Regularly check filter clogging, smooth oil circulation and normal oil outflow at all lubrication points. Handle detected problems promptly.

Operating movable parts such as guide rails and lead screws without lubrication will raise friction resistance and power consumption. It also accelerates wear, undermines machining precision and impairs product quality.

Full attention shall be paid to all pre-use inspections to maximize working efficiency, optimize processing quality and achieve expected economic benefits.
